Chelsey Christensen, APRN
I was born and raised in Ocala, Florida and graduated from Trinity Catholic High School. I began my nursing career in 2014, working my first year on the neurology floor. I later transferred to the Emergency department, where I found my true passion for nursing. It was at that point that I decided I wanted to further my education and become a provider for the community. In 2018, I graduated from South University and I am currently a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been married for 8 years to my husband, whom is also in the medical field and I have two beautiful daughters, Avery and Emmy. I am excited to open my own practice and spend quality time with my patients.
Danielle Cook, APRN
I am excited to open my own practice Above All Medical. I originally attended The University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida, where I received a Bachelor Degree of Nursing. I then pursued my interest in nursing, graduating from South University with a Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing. While working in the Emergency Department, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing with a sub-specialty in Family Practice. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and I have worked primarily in emergency and urgent care settings. My husband is from West Palm Beach, Florida and we now reside in Ocala. I enjoy family time with my two daughters and weekend getaways to the beach.
